5. Remixer Commission and PayPal Payouts
Producer Commission: Producers earn 80% of each paid remix sale, and the platform keeps 20%.
Two Currency Wallets: PayPal purchases are credited to the USD/PayPal balance using the saved USD base commission, even when PayPal shows the buyer a localized currency such as GBP, PHP, or EUR. Local PHP purchases such as local payment / QR Ph are credited to the separate PHP balance using the actual peso amount charged.
USD / PayPal Cashout: The USD balance may be cashed out through PayPal once it reaches USD 10.00.
PHP Monthly Payout: The PHP balance is not available for instant cashout. Eligible PHP balances are processed on the configured monthly payout cycle to the producer's supported GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank account.
PayPal payout transaction fees may be deducted from the remixer payout amount before transfer.
Commission percentages and payout rules may be updated by the platform. The currently published commission split shown above applies to new paid sales after the setting is saved by the admin.
6. Website Availability
We strive to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 8Remixes.com may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
8Remixes.com shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or its downloads.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
